Refund & Return Policy

At FashionF, we aim to provide the best shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return rules carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted only for damaged or wrong products delivered.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video as proof.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Size-related issues (please refer to size charts)
  • Discounted / sale items
  • Accessories such as jewelry, belts, socks, etc.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp/Email with order details.
  2. Share unboxing video + photos.
  3. Our team will review and confirm approval.
  4. Pickup will be arranged (if serviceable).
  5. After inspection, refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days after product inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will receive refund via UPI only.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges allowed only for wrong or defective items.
  • Size or color exchanges are not available at the moment.
